Twenty years of building rooms that listen.
We started with one converted print workshop and eleven students. The method has not changed since: small cohorts, long working blocks, and a mentor who knows exactly where every learner is this week. Everything else — the buildings, the equipment, the second and third campus — grew around that.
- Studio classrooms — movable furniture, daylight on two sides, and wall space that belongs to the students.
- Mentor circles — nine learners to one mentor, with a weekly one-to-one that never gets cancelled.
- Open assessment — portfolios and public reviews instead of one number at the end of term.
