What we collect when you apply or create an account, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and phone number. When you submit an application we also store the programme you chose, your preferred intake, your country of residence and anything you write in the message field. The newsletter form stores an email address and nothing else.
Why we hold it
Application data is used to assess your application and to contact you about it. Account data signs you in and shows you the status of what you have submitted. Newsletter addresses are used for the monthly bulletin.
Who sees it
Admissions staff, and the faculty you applied to. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful applications are deleted two years after the intake they were made for. Accounts are kept until you ask us to close them. A newsletter subscription ends the moment you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to the admissions office to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within thirty days.
Cookies
This site sets two cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember whether you are reading in English or Arabic. Neither is used for advertising or for tracking you across other sites.
