Nexiversity opened in 1998 with four faculties and a stubborn idea: that undergraduates should be trusted with real work from the first term. Six faculties later, that has not changed.
A weekend format for managers with at least five years of responsibility.
Classes run Thursday evening to Saturday afternoon, twice a month. The cohort is deliberately mixed across sectors, and much of the learning happens between participants rather than from the front of the room.
The capstone is a transformation project executed inside the participant's own organisation.
