What we collect
Through this website: only what you type into the booking or contact form — name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your reason for writing. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and, if you become a patient, to keep your clinical record. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone outside the practice except where a referral, a laboratory or the law requires it — and we tell you when that happens.
How long we keep it
Form messages are deleted after twelve months. Clinical records are kept for the period the dental board requires, currently ten years after your last visit, or until a child patient turns twenty-five, whichever is later.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to the practice manager and we will answer within thirty days at no charge.
