The rules that apply when you book with us, use this site or attend an appointment.

Appointments and cancellations

A booking is confirmed only when we reply to say so. We ask for twenty-four hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment; a missed appointment without notice may be charged at half the treatment fee, and we waive that routinely for a first occurrence.

Fees and payment

The published fee list applies unless you have been given a written individual estimate, which then takes precedence. Payment is due on the day of treatment; instalment arrangements must be agreed before treatment begins.

Clinical guarantees

Fillings, crowns, veneers and dentures carry a two-year guarantee against failure in normal use, provided you have attended your recall appointments. Guarantees do not cover damage from injury, grinding without a prescribed guard, or work altered elsewhere.
