The data we collect
We collect your name, phone number, email and date of birth when you book, and your medical history and radiographs during treatment. We ask for nothing the medical record or contacting you does not require.
Why we keep it
To provide and follow up treatment, to send appointment reminders, and to meet the record-retention periods the health authorities require.
Who sees it
Your treating dentist, their immediate team, and the insurance desk if there is a claim. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing.
Before-and-after photographs
No image of your case appears on the site or on social media without separate written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Cookies and local storage
We use technical storage only, to keep your preferences and a booking draft on your own device. That draft stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you press confirm.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your record, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your non-medical data. Write to the address on the contact page and we reply within five working days.
