Appointments and cancellation
An appointment may be changed or cancelled free of charge up to four hours beforehand. Two consecutive no-shows without notice mean later appointments require a booking fee in advance.
Prices
Listed prices are the starting point for each service and are subject to clinical examination. The binding price is the one stated in the written treatment plan once you have approved it.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is provided, unless there is a written instalment agreement or cover pre-approved by your insurer.
Warranties
Implants and restorations carry a written warranty issued with the treatment plan, conditional on attending the scheduled reviews and following the care instructions.
