Estatic started in 2019 with a complaint: every listing looked the same, and none of the numbers on them could be checked. Two of us had spent a decade in agency and were tired of apologising for photographs.
So we built the verification step first and the website second. A listing does not go live until ownership, floor area and photo dates check out — which is slower, and costs us listings, and is the only reason anybody recommends us.
Today thirty-one advisors work across twelve cities. Nobody carries more than fifty listings, nobody is paid on volume, and everybody answers their own phone.
Damp, noise, service charge, the neighbour's extension. You will hear it from us before you hear it from a surveyor.
Fifty listings is the cap. Past that the details start slipping and the details are the whole job.
