You may browse, save and share listings freely. You may not scrape the listings, republish the photography, or use the site to advertise a property you do not own or represent.
We verify ownership, floor area and photo dates before publication, and we correct errors as soon as they are reported. Even so, a listing is a description, not a survey — the survey, the title report and your own inspection remain the documents you should rely on.
Buyers and tenants pay us nothing. Sellers and landlords pay the published rate on the pricing page, agreed in writing before any work starts. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
We are liable for our own negligence and will not try to contract out of it. We are not liable for the acts of a third party you appoint. These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
