To answer your enquiry, to run a transaction you have asked us to run, and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to property agents.
The advisor handling your enquiry, and — only when a transaction requires it — the lawyer, surveyor or lender you have named. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Enquiries are kept for two years; completed transactions for the period the law requires, currently seven years. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep — write to privacy@estatic.com and we will reply within thirty days.
