We ship to 48 countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Returns are free within the UK and EU.

Yes. Sale pieces follow the same thirty-day policy as full-price items.
Every product page lists flat garment measurements. Compare them against a piece you already own rather than against a body chart.
Size down in knitwear and jersey, and size up in tailoring and outerwear. The fit notes on each page say which way a specific piece runs.
We repair anything we have made, for as long as we can source the materials. The first repair in the first two years is free.
