Your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number if you gave one, order history and the last four digits of the card. That is the list. We never see the rest of your card number — our payment processor holds it and we could not retrieve it if we tried.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not run third-party trackers on this site. The only cookies set are the ones that keep your bag and your language choice between visits.
Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted within thirty days of you asking, including your account, your addresses and your wishlist.
Ask for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@fashiona.studio and a person, not a form, will answer within five working days.
