Orders placed before 14:00 GMT leave the same working day. Import duty is calculated and settled at checkout for the EU, the UK, Türkiye, the GCC and the United States, so nothing is asked of you at the door.

From the day it arrives. Unworn, with the tag still on, in any packaging you like — we do not require the original box. Returns from the UK, the EU and Türkiye are free; elsewhere we deduct the carrier cost and tell you the figure before you book the collection.
Start an exchange and we put the replacement size aside immediately, so it cannot sell out while your parcel is in transit. If the size you want has already gone we tell you on the spot rather than refunding you three days later.
Counted from the moment the parcel is scanned back into the warehouse, not from when someone gets round to processing it. Original delivery charges are refunded too if the whole order goes back.
