Fashiona Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 10 482 991, with its registered office at 18 Redchurch Street, London E2 7DJ. Our VAT number is GB 284 1930 55. When you place an order you are contracting with that company, whichever country the parcel is going to.
Your order is an offer. The contract begins when we email you the dispatch confirmation, not when you press the button and not when the money leaves your account. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full within three working days and tell you why.
Prices shown include VAT where it applies. For the EU, the UK, Türkiye, the GCC and the United States, import duty is calculated and collected at checkout, so no carrier will ask you for money at the door. Everywhere else, duty is payable on delivery and is outside our control.
You may cancel within thirty days of delivery for any reason, which is longer than the fourteen days the law requires. Alterations made to your measurements and pierced jewellery are the only exceptions.
Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at your choice, not ours. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of the country you live in.
