Nine of our ten lead teachers have been here more than four years. Children get continuity, and so do you.
- Every teacher gets funded training time, in school hours, every term.
- Between five and nine children per adult, depending on age. Every teacher can tell you what your child did today without checking a note.
- A daily note for the little ones, a same-day call if anything is unusual, and two long conferences a year.
