Questions parents ask

The things we are asked on every single tour

One adult to four children under three, one to six above three. We never run above that, even for a single afternoon.

Five days, starting with a one-hour visit alongside you and ending with a full morning alone. We move at your child's pace, not the calendar's.

Yes — one cook, one kitchen, a four-week rotating menu published each term. Allergies and cultural requirements are handled individually.

We follow national guidance: 48 hours clear of fever or stomach upset before returning. We call you the moment a temperature appears.

Please do. Tours run every weekday at 09:30 and take about forty minutes. You will see a normal morning, not a performance.

Yes. Around a third of our families speak a second language at home and our story sessions run in English, Arabic and German each week.

Doors open 09:00 – 12:00, first Saturday of every month. Bring the children, bring the questions.
