An order needs a name, a delivery address, a contact route and a payment authorisation. That is the complete list of what is required. Everything else on your account page is optional and marked as such.
We do not sell customer data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers on the checkout flow, and we do not use your browsing history to set your price. Prices are the same for every visitor.
Order records stay for seven years because tax law requires it. Everything else — saved items, addresses, browsing history — is deleted within thirty days of you closing the account.
Export or delete everything from the account page, without writing to us first. The export is a plain JSON file and arrives by email within an hour.
