Orders confirmed before 4pm local time leave the same working day. After that they go out the next morning. Pre-orders show their own date on the product page and we do not charge until dispatch.
Standard is two to four working days and free above $75. Express is next day in metro areas. Every parcel gets a tracking link with a window narrowed to thirty minutes on the morning of delivery.
Thirty days from delivery, no reason required, item in resellable condition. Print the label from your account page. Return postage is on us above $50 and the refund lands within three working days of the parcel reaching us.
Tell us within seven days and we ship a replacement before the faulty unit comes back. No photographs, no diagnostic questionnaire, no waiting for the brand to respond.
