A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you click pay. If a price is listed in error we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel without charge.
Displayed prices include VAT for the region you are browsing from. Import duty for international orders is calculated at checkout and collected by us, so nothing is owed on delivery.
Runs alongside the manufacturer's warranty rather than replacing it, and covers failure in normal use. Accidental damage and liquid ingress are excluded; we will still quote for the repair.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Where the law allows a limit, ours is capped at the value of the order in question.
