What we collect
Name, email, company and the pass you bought. If you request a visa letter we also hold your passport number until the event closes, then delete it.
Why we hold it
To issue your badge, to email you schedule changes, and to meet the accounting rules we are bound by in Germany. Nothing is sold or shared with partners.
How long
Contact details for two years after your last event, invoices for ten as the tax code requires, and analytics in aggregate only.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at any time by writing to privacy@evenzex.com. We answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
