Your ticket
A pass admits one named person for the days it covers. You may change the name free of charge up to 24 hours before doors open, from your account page. Passes are not valid for resale.
Refunds and transfers
Full refund up to 30 days before the event, 50% up to 7 days before. After that we will move your pass to the following edition at no cost, once.
Programme changes
Speakers and session times can change. We will not cancel the event for anything short of a venue closure or a legal order; if we do, you receive a full refund.
Conduct
Harassment of any kind ends your pass on the spot, without refund. The full code of conduct is handed out with your badge and posted at every entrance.
Recording
Stage sessions are filmed. Attendees may appear in wide audience shots; tell the desk if you would rather not and we will seat you outside the camera frame.
Nine thousand seats. They go in waves.
Early-bird pricing closes when the first two thousand passes are gone — historically some time in May.
